In the case of a laptop, warranty is a very good thing to have. Repairs can be quite expensive with both parts and labour. You might like to consider purchasing extra warranty.
We offer a warranty on all our products, unless otherwise stated. Even our second-hand laptops come with a 1 Year Warranty! You can extend your warranty any time within the warranty period for $154 per year on any of our laptops. Warranty is very important - according to a magazine review even with brand new Toshiba laptops, there is a 1/4 chance of having a problem every year (and Toshiba is one of the most reliable brands!).
Unlike many of our competitors, we have the means to backup our warranty. Laptop parts are very expensive and often hard to get a hold of. A display or motherboard can set you back $3,000. Because of the quantity we ship Australia-wide, we have the parts we may need. We also have several competent technicians working here who have specialist knowledge of laptops (laptops are actually quite different from desktop computers). Most people will be surprised to know that we have been operating out of the same premises since 1998 and are one of the few laptop companies that provide a One Year Parts & Labour Warranty and service for second hand laptops. We also provide full time service technicians that fix issues on demand.

While we do get a lot of repeat business this way, we still don't like hearing your laptop has been stolen. It happens all too often! This is one of the best ways to keep your laptop secure. There is a choice of either a key lock (two keys provided) or combination lock - whatever suits you best.
- LCD Screen Cleaning Kit $9.95
Finger marks on your screen? It’s almost inevitable, but be careful what cleaning products you use to clean your laptop’s screen as it can cause damage. The below kit is safe to use and includes everything you need to keep your screen clean.

Carry Cases:
Transporting (and/or storing) your laptop in a carry case is a good idea to keep it protected from damage.

Medium: suitable for laptops up to 15.4-inch.
Large: suitable for laptops up to 17-inch
The above cases are available in medium (laptops up to 15.4-inch) and large (laptops up to 17-inch). They are made of black cloth and have a pocket in the front and include an adjustable carry strap.

Suitable for laptops up to 17-inch.
These carry cases are very classically styled and have a dual combination lock for your security - to protect your laptop from thieves and also from other’s eyes (particularly important if you have sensitive information on your laptop). It’s also a good idea if you want to limit your children’s access to your laptop. These cases also have an adjustable carry strap and expandable file organization section.

If you’re traveling a lot and want to charge your laptop (and/or other charging devices) as you drive, then this is the item to get. It’s handy if you’d like to entertain the kids with DVDs as you drive (playing DVDs drains the battery quickly).

Are you tired of attaching/detaching all your USB peripherals (printer, etc) every time you come home (or to work etc)? A good alternative is to attach them to a USB hub - that way you only have to connect/disconnect one thing (not four!) when you travel back and forth. It’s also handy if you require many more USB ports than your laptop has.

You'll find that most recent laptops don't come with floppy drives as it's now obsolete technology due to their low capacity (1.44MB), size, and relatively low speed. Nonetheless, we could sell you a USB Floppy Drive for $55 if you require one. If possible, we recommend using a "Flash Drive" (also known as a "pen drive", "thumb drive", "memory stick", "USB key") instead. Flash storage devices, compared to other storage media, are fast, high-capacity, durable, and compact. They will work on any laptop or desktop that has a USB port (i.e. practically all computers). We sell 256MB Flash Drives for $29.
